The Sales Portal
When you become a TourDesk partner, you will get your own customized sales portal where you can sell tours and activities to your guests (or users). The tours can be limited to the local proximity or span a wider area, based on your preferences. Just like the Agent System, the Sales Portal is free to use and you get a commission on every tour or activity sold.
Your portal will include your brand name in the URL (e.g. yourbrandname.tourdesk.com) and your logo and custom color combination. In addition to day tours and activities, you can have multi-day tours, airport transfers, rental cars and table reservations for restaurants. You can share your Sales Portal URL with your guests and they can book their experiences on their own. Here are two examples of Sales Portals from TourDesk partners:

As soon as you sign up for TourDesk, your Sales Portal will be automatically created for you. The Sales Portal will have a default theme and tours already added but you can customize it to better align with your brand and preferences. You can then share your TourDesk portal with your guests, on your website, in your marketing materials and in pre-arrival emails to guests and other automated communication.
Your Sales Portal includes tours and activities from different regions around your country (or even in other countries if you prefer). You can choose which regions you want to include, for example you might want to include tours in the north of your country if your hotel is located there. You can also choose a primary region, then the tours and activities from that region will be listed at the top of your Sales Portal. Similarly, you could temporarily hide holiday related tours in summertime or give a preference to specific tour suppliers.
